Step 1: Brush a sheer wash of the Vitamin E-enriched cream shadow on lids�wait about 10 seconds for it to dry.
Step 2: Tap roller ball to accuate product, then roll the matching loose shadow directly on top-- the binding agents in the cream shadow will lock with the powder, creating a crease-free, budgeproof finish.

If you haven't tried a Tarte Lock & Roll you must. They are the prettiest colors. You can't go wrong with any of these and they are fun to use. They feel light and smooth on my eyes and is just so pretty.
They are easy to use and easy to layer. I can go from day to night instant. I also carry them around in my bag and they don't leak or pull apart, than when night time comes and I want to go out I have them right there. I keep them in a small makeup bag inside my purse and they take harldy any room, as a palette of all these colors would take up the whole bag. Plus all you need is the Lock & Roll, no brush's to use. The cream side opens up with a brush and the loose shadow opens to a roller ball. They go on so smooth and glides on easily and evenly and distributes perfectly. Even the corners of the eyes are easy to get to. The are highly pigmented and they create a shimmery look that is beautiful. The staying power is truly amazing. At the end of the night the colors look as fresh as when I applied them in the morning. They are unbelievable that they don't crease or smudge.
