Review-
I absolutely love the smell of these products. From the first time I tried these and no this has to be one of my newest favorite Vanilla. And I have tried many Vanilla scents. It is a creamy vanilla with a subtle calming note of chamomile. I love Vanilla and this is amazing and it is very soothing and comforting at night.
The products themselves are just as amazing. I take a luxurious bath with the bath milk. It looks like milk and feels so soft. It is very moisturizing and My skin feels so great afterwards and the scent is just elegant as it lingers on my body but also in my bathroom.
I use the lotion every night before bed. Love this lotion! It has a creamy texture and is very moisturizing. Absorbs fast and it leaves my skin softer than my baby's skin. And I even wake up with soft and moisturized skin. The scent just sets me in the mood to bed. As does the pillow mist. I mist on my pillows, sheets and yum and ahh ready for bed. This spray is so relaxing and just puts me in a drowsy mood. And what is even better is my husband likes the linen spray and i can see that he is looking like he is getting the extra sleep too.
I suffer from sleep problems and have had to take medications for the longest time. I had tried the bath, lotion and mist and left the meds alone. I get a great nights sleep and I love that when I wake up I am not drowsy and I smell great and ready to go.
Check out Bath and Body Works for this collection and just in time for the Holidays. Great Holiday gift this would make.

The Sleep Revolution
Americas Desire for a Good Nights Sleep Reaches a Fever Pitch

Americans are waking up to the reality that sleep is essential to health, happiness, and productivity. A recent New York Times Magazine article, The Sleep-Industrial Complex, articulated what Bath & Body Works has already discovered: sleep is finally claiming its place beside diet and exercise as a critical health issue.

Now that the importance of sleep is widely recognized, the question becomes how to achieve restorative, deep sleep. The article depicts a nation on the hunt for sleep solutions, citing the American sleep industry, or sleeponomics as being worth $20 billion a year, including everything from the more than 1,000 accredited sleep clinics (some of them at spas) conducting overnight test for disorders like apnea, to countless over-the-counter and herbal sleep aids. $3.7 billion of that total was spent on prescription sleeping pills, as Americans become increasingly desperate to experience the quality sleep they recognize as crucial to well-being.

In the face of all the confusion, leading sleep researchers including foremost sleep expert Dr. Michael J. Breus tout simple, practical measures as the clearest way to resolve even long-standing sleep issues. Good sleep hygiene is widely recognized as the first and most important step towards more restful sleep, including consistent bedtime routines. And, the simplest solutions, namely the practice of Aromatherapy, can play an integral role in a successful sleep routine.

The New York Times Magazine article reports that drug trials for the sleeping aides Lunesta and Ambien showed that users spent just 88 percent of their time in bed asleep as opposed to 82 percent for those taking the placebo, suggesting that the elusive concept of good sleep is partly a matter of perception.

Most people who have trouble sleeping do not need sleeping pills, says Dr. Breus. Unlike over-the-counter sleep aides (which dont bring you to the deep stages of sleep) or prescription sleep aides (which bring you to a deep stage of sleep, but can leave you even more tired if you dont have enough time to sleep), the Aromatherapy formulas use the scents of lavender and chamomile to ease you into a deeper sleep by working naturally with your body. The result is a more restful, healthier nights sleep without grogginess come morning.
Bath & Body Works has brought their developed their in-house perfumers together with Dr. Breus to create an Aromatherapy Sleep Collection that is effective, affordable and widely available to the millions Americans searching for a better sleep solution.
