The Inspiration
Elizabeth Arden Mediterranean was created by Quest International�s Executive Perfumer, Claude Dir. Here is his inspiration:
�Mediterranean was inspired by the joie de vivre (joy of living) of daily life in Capri and Sardinia that merges sunshine, clear blue sky and a warm ocean breeze that brings Mediterranean scents from the mountains to the hot sand.
I developed the fragrance to capture this ease of spirit and pure, natural beauty� I selected a combination of sensual florals and creamy woods, joining beauty and texture. The comfort and warmth of these textured woods, so subtle yet intense, became the signature character of the fragrance.�

Review- I was very impressed with the box this came in and than I open it up and what a beautiful bright blue bottle. The group at Elizabeth Arden must of put a lot of thought and time behind this design. The bottle is enough to impress me.
I than sprayed the perfume. I absolutely love this perfume. I love the way this perfume smells, it's so fresh and lasts forever. It is very seductive. Very refreshing. It is a perfect summer scent. It smelt amazing from the second I put it on to hours later. This perfume is pure heaven. On my body this is starts a little sweet with the peach Nectar, and the dry down smell was a little woodsy, Orchid with the mandarin, magnolia. It is the perfect blend with my body chemistry. The perfect blend of sweet and floral in one beautiful bottle. And I was one happy lady. My husband was impressed with the scent too he kept smelling my neck. It is not an over powering scent either, a nice soft beautiful scent.
I love this perfume and highly recommend it to all especially with summer here as it fits in with summer.
