Hydrating Cream is part of a specialized line of skin care products.To be applied after shower detergent, this cosmetic has a deep acting nutritive, hydrating and energizing effect, and slows down the effects of ageing of the skin and rebalance's skin to its natural state thanks to the presence of prebiotic milk enzymes.
The product includes Tyndallized Probiotic Lactobacillus, pure organic Aloe Vera Barbadensis Gel, as well as the following innovative active principles:
Alpha Lipoic Acid: when we speak of ageing, the number one enemy is not time; instead, it is the small, very lively and very dangerous free radical. Our cells produce energy by exploiting oxygen and thereby creating free radicals, instable oxygen molecules produced during metabolism and by external agents. Because the free radical is instable, it goes in search of an electron, taking it from the cell membrane, rich in molecules, thereby causing damage, which goes on to set up a chain reaction. Alpha Lipoic Acid, an enemy to free radicals, probably represents the most powerful anti-oxidant present in nature, in virtue of the fact of its being soluble in aqueous and fatty environments, which means it protects both phases. Alpha Lipoic Acid is also known to potentiate the effect of other anti-oxidants such as Vitamin C and Vitamin E.
Creatine: A natural energy-giving substance; energy comes from cells via selected complex chemical reactions which involve this important molecule.
Melatonin: this is a natural hormone produced by the pineal gland following stimulus from light. Scientific observations have shown that melatonin levels decrease over time and the lack of this molecule, as a consequence, seems linked to ageing. The precise action of melatonin in the skin remains unknown, but given the abundance of free radicals produced in the epidermis and the derma from the activity of pollutants and light, a powerful cleaner of free radicals such as melatonin can only be beneficial.The fact that melatonin receptors are found in the epidermis of mammals shows that the action of this hormone, linked to ageing, has an action that gets carried out at the level of the skin.

Apart from the above-described active principles, the product is formulated in a premium base of natural emollient oils such as Babass� Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, as well as very pure Karite Butter.
